Our Journey
Unity Community Specialists is a Utah-based HOA management company founded by Faith Joy Solum — a leader who believes that when neighbors connect, communities flourish.
Unity Community Services was born from lived experience and a deep commitment to serving communities better.
After purchasing her home within an HOA, Faith Joy Solum gained firsthand insight into how thoughtful, proactive management can make a meaningful difference for homeowners and the overall health of a community. The experience highlighted opportunities to strengthen communication, transparency, and long-term planning—reinforcing her belief that communities thrive when residents are supported with care and intention.

At the same time, Faith Joy brought more than five years of hands-on experience managing residential rental properties ranging from single-family homes to apartment complexes. Through that work, she developed strong expertise in operations, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and resident communication—skills that translated directly into effective community management.
Seeing the disconnect between what communities needed and what they were receiving, Faith Joy recognized an opportunity to build an HOA management company grounded in empathy, transparency, and intentional leadership. Unity Community Services was created to provide homeowners and boards with thoughtful, professional support—helping communities run smoothly while fostering connection, trust, and unity right where people live.
